We are thrilled to offer an assessment and continuing care clinic to individuals with suspected or confirmed learning disabilities or autism. This is an all ages and all abilities clinic. We have a team of Psychologists, Provisional Psychologists, Speech and Language Pathologists, and Occupational Therapists working together to provide care and services.
Steps to receiving services
- Complete the online preadmission form. (The form is quite detailed, but it helps us direct you to the best team members, and begin to formulate a treatment plan)
- A team member will reach out to you to schedule your appointment. The information from the preadmission form will help connect you with the appropriate professional and type of session.
- Follow-up appointments will be scheduled as required
Fees:
A Psychoeducational Assessment is $1900
An ASD assessment ranges from $2000-$3000
Follow up sessions will depend on the professional that you meet with, but they range from $100-200/hr
NOTE most health benefit plans will cover at least a portion of the assessment, and any amount not covered can be claimed as a medical expense on your income tax return.
